How to make ur baby not a picky eater!

🩵Hello I am a earning my 🖍️master degree in early childhood education and will earn my early childhood development in 18 months. 🍼☁️

☁️So here are some tips that I've learned over the years while being around children and be able to surround myself with different tips of eaters.🍳

🌌First and foremost I've tried all most everything to get my oldest daughter to eat which I thought was the most pickest eater. 💔😩

🍎For me i tried everything to looking away, walking away from them whilest eating, 👀different tips of foods, 🍝mixing ingredients, 🥒to even flat out taking her her back to solids to get her to get anything down! 😣

🍼It was AWFUL! 😩💔👶🏻😭

💔Unfortunately IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT as many know a lot of baby food/products hold highly toxic ingredients in food!!!😱

😭💔I like to call them CANCER ACHOL INGRIDENTS!!! 😨🫣

👍🏻🍌When I took her on her journey of becoming an excellent eater it was as simple as taking away 🔥toxic ingredients!!!

💭I thought she was a picky eater but it was the 🔥cancer foods causing her stomach to hurt🌀 which resulted in the fact that she could not eat due to this.

🤍I had to start from stretch i had to put her back on purees and protein shakes which helped maintain her weight.🔗

🍞From than on I slowly added back hard good solids like breads and pastas 🤱🏻while her body detoxed herself from the cancer causing chemicals in everyday “normal food” 🚯

🍎🥒🍌Than on out everything like that that was an organic based NON GMO food base.👍🏻💖

✨🪄An I was amazed at the results! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

✨🩵☁️Now time has gone by and it took me over 8 months to get her eating healthy and regular again. 🤍✨

🪄As of today my daughter is on a NON-GMO ORAGNIC diet. Which has made her the best eater! ✨🩵

... Read moreDealing with a picky eater can be one of the biggest challenges for parents. Beginning with an understanding of what causes food aversions is key. Many babies may reject foods due to past experiences with certain textures or flavors, which can lead to negative associations. Introducing a variety of healthy options, like tofu, beans, and veggies can gradually expand their palate. It's essential to be patient and consistent. The exposure to different tastes will often lead to acceptance over time. Offering choices allows children to feel empowered and in control of what they eat, which can mitigate picky eating behaviors. Another approach is to involve your baby in meal preparation. Allow them to help wash vegetables or add ingredients to dishes. This hands-on experience can spark interest in trying new foods. Remember, the goal is not just to eliminate picky eating but to foster a positive relationship with food—one where eating remains a joyful and exploratory experience. If damaging toxins are a concern, making the switch to organic, non-GMO foods can substantially benefit your child's health. Look for local markets that offer fresh produce free from harmful chemicals. Monitoring your baby's response to different foods, while ensuring a balanced diet, will encourage healthier eating habits over time.
