Rebuy or is there something better?
Soo…I bought this shortly after it came out. As I usually do I sprayed once it came and didn’t like it. Put it away for like a week, came back and liked but didn’t LOVE as it had a weird like dry down. Gave to my MIL and it sat a good while. So I of course sprayed it and loved it sat on her dresser. Should I rebuy or is there something better around the same price? Bonus if you can drop a layering combo 👀ðŸ¤#AskLemon8 #fragrancerecommendations
Fragrance layering is a popular technique among fragrance enthusiasts who want to create a unique scent that lasts longer and resonates well. When considering if you should rebuy a fragrance or look for alternatives, it's helpful to explore notes that blend well together. The OCR content mentions VOUX PATISSERE, which contains notes such as tangerine, cardamom, saffron, rose, apple, and milky base notes like vanilla. These notes provide a rich and complex aroma. If you're thinking of layering, consider starting with a base of milky notes and vanilla to give your fragrance a sweet and creamy foundation. Then, layer it with fruity notes like tangerine and apple for a fresh and uplifting scent. Additionally, spices like cardamom and saffron can add depth and warmth to your fragrance, making it suitable for both daytime and evening wear. If you felt your previous fragrance had an unusual dry down, you might want to try a fragrance that typically has consistent notes throughout its lifespan. Popular alternatives could include well-reviewed scents that combine similar top notes with different base notes to provide a new experience while still being within the same price range. Explore user reviews and recommendations in fragrance communities for insights into layering combinations or alternatives that suit your preferences.
