Ok so on challenges is it now acceptable to multi hashtag for multiple challenges. So like you post for one challenge but tack on the hashtag for other challenges too. (Even if that hashtag isn’t pertaining directly to the post?) I’m soo confused. Like I have been busy and just haven’t been doing so well on keeping up. But I see some people win and they are using multiple hashtags for different challenges on post. I know before it was not allowed but now I see the people still win. 🏅
Idk it seems like a work around to win to me.
When it comes to participating in platforms like Lemon8, the use of hashtags plays a crucial role in how content is discovered and how users engage with challenges and contests. Based on my experience and from watching other creators, the rules around hashtagging multiple challenges can sometimes feel unclear or seem to change over time. Originally, it was common to use only the hashtag relevant to the specific challenge or post content, ensuring that tagging remained honest and on-topic. However, lately it's been noticeable that some users include multiple challenge hashtags—even those only loosely related to their actual post—to increase visibility or their chances of winning. While this might seem like a clever workaround, it can raise questions about fairness and the community guidelines. From a practical perspective, if you choose to use multiple challenge hashtags, it’s important to consider whether your content genuinely relates to each one. This helps maintain the integrity of the challenges and provides value to users browsing those tags. On the other hand, if the platform or moderators tolerate or don't penalize multi-hashtagging, it might simply be part of evolving social media strategies. Personally, I recommend focusing on quality content aligned with the challenge's theme and using only relevant hashtags. This approach builds trust with the audience and the platform's community. Plus, when your content truly fits the tag, you're more likely to engage with viewers who appreciate your contribution, which is ultimately more rewarding than simply aiming to win through hashtag overload. Keeping up with platform updates and community forums can also help clarify any changes in hashtag policies or best practices for challenges. Transparency and clarity from the platform will benefit everyone involved, so staying informed is key to making the most out of your Lemon8 experience.

Before it was not allowed. I guess after the sell it doesn't matter. I have been seeing my post count for two challenge now
