Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls are a delightful twist on a classic dish, melding the iconic flavors of a cheesesteak into crispy, golden egg rolls. To start, ensure you select high-quality ingredients – using fresh bell peppers adds a vibrant crunch, while the shaved ribeye steak provides a rich, savory taste. The combination of garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper creates a perfect seasoning blend that complements the hearty filling. When preparing the Honey Sriracha glaze, balancing sweetness and heat is key. Use pure honey and a good quality sriracha sauce to achieve a delectable sauce that elevates the egg rolls. The addition of red pepper flakes adds a little extra kick, making this sauce irresistible for dipping. To achieve the ideal frying temperature, heat your neutral oil to around 375°F. This ensures your egg rolls become crispy without absorbing excess oil. After frying, allow the rolls to drain on paper towels to achieve that perfect crunch without the greasiness. These egg rolls are suitable for various occasions, from game day snacks to delightful appetizers at dinner parties. Pair them with a side of your favorite dipping sauce for an added flavor explosion. Enjoy your cooking adventure with this amazing recipe!
