super yummy little sweet treat I keep in the fridge

Recipe:

1/4 cup peanut butter(64g)

2tbsp of sugar free/ regular maple syrup(30ml)

1/2tsp vanilla

1/2 scoop protein powder (15g)

1/4 cup of puffed quinoa or 1 rice cake

Pinch of salt

Topping:

20g chocolate(I used Lily’s choc)

1/2tsp coconut oil

Instructions:

-in a bowl combine peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla

-add in protein powder, quinoa or crushed rice cakes and salt

-form 8 balls

-top with melted chocolate and freeze for 20-30mins

Makes 8 balls
