It's already yours!
You don’t have to earn what grace already gave you.
Read that again.
You’re not behind.
You’re not disqualified.
You’re not “almost ready.”
You’re already covered.
So stop moving like you’re trying to prove something…
and start moving like it’s already done. 🤍
In my personal journey, I've found that living under the weight of 'trying to earn' approval or success can be exhausting. The message that grace is already given — without conditions or requirements — was truly liberating. The phrase from Hebrews 10:14, highlighted in the article’s image, perfectly encapsulates this: "You don’t have to earn what grace already gave you." Rather than pushing myself to prove my worth every day or waiting until I feel ready, I started embracing the idea that I am already covered and accepted. This mindset shift helped reduce anxiety and self-imposed pressure. It encouraged me to approach life’s challenges with confidence rather than fear or hesitation. I’ve also realized that many of us fall into the trap of thinking we need to do more or be better to deserve good things. However, faith teaches us otherwise. By living as though our grace is "already done," we open ourselves to peace and empowerment. If you find yourself feeling behind or disqualified, consider pausing and reflecting on this powerful truth. It’s not about striving harder but about accepting the gift you’ve been given. This doesn’t mean complacency; it means acting from a place of confidence rooted in grace, not pressure. This approach has truly transformed how I view challenges and successes, making the journey more joyful and fulfilling. So, stop trying to earn what’s freely given and start living as if it’s already yours.
