... Read moreSketching for children can be an incredibly rewarding experience, allowing them to express themselves while developing important motor skills. One great way to start is by introducing simple characters, such as princesses, which can be fascinating for little girls. Engaging kids in the drawing process by asking them to contribute ideas or elements can enhance their interest and investment in the artwork. Provide advice that emphasizes creativity over perfection—suggest that they use bold colors and whimsical designs, allowing their imaginations to run wild. Moreover, consider sharing tips on encouraging your child to explore different materials. For instance, various types of paper, colored pencils, and watercolors can all add a new dimension to their art. Encourage experimentation and provide positive reinforcement to foster a love for creating. Showing them how to look at objects from different perspectives can also help them develop a unique style and approach to their sketches. Ultimately, supporting their artistic journey creates a wonderful outlet for self-expression and joy.

Looks super good so far. I would recommend maybe moving the eyes up a bit and making her cheeks a little fuller to make her look younger as that’s one of the biggest things when drawing kids.
