What excuse will yall have for this? Memphis let's do better. #Memphis #MAGA #TeamTrump #Trump #tennessee
Living in Memphis, I’ve witnessed firsthand how this city is struggling with serious problems that impact daily life—from crime rates to economic challenges. The phrase "Memphis we have a serious problem" really resonates with many of us who want to see change. It’s frustrating to see how often these issues become excuses rather than catalysts for action. What I’ve learned is that meaningful improvement requires engagement from all corners of our community. While political affiliations play a role, the focus needs to be on practical solutions that bring safety, opportunity, and pride back to Memphis neighborhoods. Connections to groups like MAGA or Team Trump often bring heated debates, but the underlying goal should remain the same: improving our city for everyone. One way to do better is through community programs that support youth education and job training, helping to reduce crime by providing more opportunities. Local leaders and residents must collaborate on these initiatives and hold each other accountable. Additionally, investing in infrastructure and public services can enhance quality of life and create a stronger environment for economic growth. I encourage fellow Memphians to get involved, attend city meetings, and voice their ideas. Change begins when we stop making excuses and start taking concrete steps together. Let’s reimagine Memphis as a place where everyone has the chance to thrive, without distractions from political divides. Our city’s future depends on it.
