Hey, it's so nice to connect with you all after my initial introduction! I wanted to share a little more about what makes me, me, beyond just the basics. Being a boy mama to two energetic little guys is definitely a wild ride! Every day is an adventure, from endless games of tag to cheering them on at their sports. It’s messy, it’s loud, but it’s the most fulfilling job in the world. I wouldn't trade their hugs and silly questions for anything. If you're a fellow boy mom, you know the struggle and the joy are real! We're always looking for new park ideas or quick, healthy snack recipes – drop your favorites if you have any! Balancing being a wife and a mama means constantly juggling tasks, but seeing my family happy and thriving makes every effort worthwhile. And speaking of unwinding, my absolute go-to is getting lost in a good book. There’s nothing quite like curling up with a captivating story after the kids are asleep. I'm a huge fan of mystery thrillers and contemporary fiction, but I'm always open to new genres. Lately, I've been trying to make more time for reading by joining a virtual book club. It's been great for discovering authors I might not have picked up otherwise. Do you have any must-read authors or series that have stayed with you long after you finished the last page? I'm constantly adding to my TBR (To Be Read) list! Music truly does heal all, doesn't it? Whether I need to pump myself up for a busy day, relax after a long one, or just feel understood, there's a playlist for every mood. My Apple Music is practically a living entity, constantly evolving with new discoveries. I find myself gravitating towards R&B, gospel, and soulful pop, but honestly, good music is good music, regardless of genre. I love finding hidden gems and sharing them with friends. Seriously, send over your whole playlist – I'm always looking for new vibes! Beyond the daily hustle, my faith is my anchor. Believing that Jesus is King brings so much peace and purpose to my life. It guides me through the ups and downs and reminds me to always lead with love and gratitude. It’s truly the foundation of everything I do. Oh, and you might notice a lot of purple around me – it’s my absolute favorite color! It just brings a pop of joy to everything. Turning 29 felt like a milestone. It's a time of reflection, appreciating how far I've come, and looking forward to what's next. It’s about embracing the chaos, celebrating the small victories, and constantly learning. I'm just trying to balance all the hats I wear – wife, mom, friend – while still carving out a little time for myself. It’s a journey, and I’m so glad to be sharing it with you all!
