👍Why I like it: Kombucha is great for your gut because it’s full of probiotics that help with digestion 🥰. It also has antioxidants and can give you a little energy boost. ⚡️ 👍🏻 How I use it - although it is acidic and fizzy I prefer to drink it 30 mins to an hour BEFORE my first meal of the day.
