Hands down the best halal burnt cheesecakes
@paparchsg has just opened a new physical store along Arab Street. I’ve tried their cheesecakes 2 years ago and their basque cheesecakes are still as good. It’s simple but so well-balanced in flavours that you wouldn’t find it too rich or overwhelming too creamy. You will find yourself keep going at it because it’s so palatable. The ooey gooey interior has a cream cheese-like texture even when chilled. You definitely have to eat it with a spoon.
They have also launched a new ondeh ondeh flavoured basque cheesecake too. I’m not a huge fan of ondeh ondeh but their basque cheesecake is made me appreciate this flavours of this kueh-kueh all over again. It has that perfect ratio of coconut, pandan and Gula Melaka that pairs perfectly with the savoury cheese.
This marks one of favourite cheesecake spots in Singapore. And if you’re into cheesecakes, you have to try this. Paparch is Muslim-owned.
Their current store does not have proper seatings. There’s only a stand table and a bench for customers who would like to consume the cheesecakes there.

omg i totally agree that their cheesecakes are so heavenly sinful?! Highly recommend to get a drink from TYC Coffee Koisk that is directly opposite Paparch! Their sea salt maple latte , matcha and sodas slaps!! Definitely a Solid Pairing 🔥🔥🔥
