Caviar Dinner at the best rooftop restaurant

@kalugaqueen_official is a luxury caviar brand that produces some of the the finest caviar in the world. They are showcasing its finest caviar in Singapore through an exclusive limited-time-only caviar menu curated by Head Chef Sam Chin at @vuesingapore

We tried their caviar dishes along with the caviar flight which comes with 3 different grades of Kaluga Queen caviar. Each caviar tastes distinctly different. The highest grade of caviar (Kaluga, Huso dauricus) tastes less briny, more smooth and very buttery. This is a great opportunity savour the 3 different types of caviar on its own.

They paired some of their signature dishes with caviar which adds another dimension of flavour to the dish. The restaurant itself offers exceptional dishes and with the addition of caviar, I find that it actually brings the dish up to the next level. The standout for me would be their Kaluga Queen Caviar Risotto as well as the Beef Carpaccio.

🗓️The caviar-themed menu featuring Kaluga Queen’s caviar is available from 24 Sept to 20 Dec 2025.

The Kaluga Queen caviar, especially the Huso dauricus, offers a buttery, smooth texture and a delicate flavor that’s far less briny than typical caviar. This made each bite memorable and refined. The setting on the rooftop at OUE Bayfront added to the charm, pairing an incredible cityscape view with luxurious dining. The curated 3-course meal starting at $88++ feels like an excellent value given the quality of the ingredients and skillful pairing with caviar. What I loved most was how the caviar elevated simple dishes like risotto and beef carpaccio, adding a complex layer of flavor that was pleasantly unexpected. If you’re considering a special night out in Singapore with a skyline view, combining it with this limited-edition caviar menu running until December 2025 is a wonderful choice. For those curious about caviar origins and varieties, the Kaluga Queen farm is renowned worldwide for sustainable, high-quality production—something I found impressive. Sampling three different grades of caviar helped me understand the subtle differences in taste and texture, truly enhancing the dining journey. Bonus tip: Don’t miss the caviar flight at $36 if you want to sample the range! The experience is not merely about luxury, but savoring flavors that linger gracefully. Whether you're a local gourmet or a visitor chasing exceptional flavors in Singapore, this rooftop caviar dinner combines culinary art and stunning views in a way that makes the evening unforgettable.
