New Japanese-Italian restaurant by Omote

@nolita.kitchen is a new Japanese-Italian restaurant at @lentormodernsg. It’s by the same team behind @omote.sg who also runs @sixhands.club and @umai.sg. They surely know what good food is.

This restaurant will officially open on 21 December 2025 with a special promo menu. They offer pastas, flatbreads, starters and sides and portions are quite generous.

We tried some of their dishes on the menu and all were pretty decent but that one dish that stood out to us was their Lobster Rose pasta. It was lip smacking good as the sauce is creamy, spicy and very garlicky. We had to wipe our plate clean for that. The LOBSTER ROSE pasta is chef’s kiss and a must-try!💋

Their flatbread which tasted more like pizzas to us are pretty good and worth a try as well. Currently there’s no dessert on the menu though.

It’s one of those restaurants which I would not mind heading back again.

🤑: Prices stated are promo prices during opening week. These prices are not fixed.

Lobster Rose ($25)

Foie Gras ($26)

Charred Romaine salad ($15)

A.O.P (Alio Oglio) ($19)

Forest Basilico ($23)

Ten seats. Bread sushi. Big ideas 🍞🍣✨
Bread sushi at Jellyfish isn’t about shock value, it’s about ideas done with restraint. Hidden inside Artichoke with just ten seats, this tasting menu quietly blends Japanese technique with Italian thinking, swapping rice for vinegar-brushed bread and letting curing, seasoning and texture do the ta
