All dishes are less than $20 except for the steak
Les Canons is a new French restaurant at IOI Central Boulevard Towers and all the dishes are under $20 except for the steak. It’s a sister restaurant of @baia.sg and @sospiri.sg.
We weren’t expecting much for this price until we tried for ourselves and the food was délicieux. Prices are reasonable for the portions served, which is sightly on the smaller side.
For instance, the steak was well-executed and super tender but it’s small in size. Not complaining because it’s one of the more affordable restaurants you can find in town.
The desserts are not bad but it’s topped with too much cream. It’s a pity because the Chocolate mousse is actually very good.
Do be prepared to queue during lunch hours on weekdays as it’s rather pack since their opening.

During my visits, I noticed the portion sizes are a little on the smaller side, which is common in authentic French bistros, so it’s ideal to order a couple of dishes to share. The flavors, however, are rich and well-balanced. For instance, the escargots served with garlic butter are delightfully tender, and the foie gras is generously portioned for the price. An enjoyable highlight is their desserts, especially the chocolate mousse, which is creamy and decadent, though I found the topping cream a bit excessive at times. If you appreciate a sweet finish, this is still an excellent choice. One thing to be mindful of is that Les Canons tends to be busy during weekday lunch hours and weekends. Arriving early or making a reservation is advisable to avoid long waits. The location within IOI Central Boulevard makes it quite accessible, and the inviting decor adds to the overall charm. Additionally, they offer happy hour specials on drinks including wines, cocktails, and beers — perfect for pairing with your meal or for casual drinks after work. Overall, Les Canons delivers great value for authentic French cuisine near downtown Singapore, balancing quality, affordability, and a pleasant dining atmosphere.
