New dishes to try at Senryo
Here’s a good reason to make a repeated visit to sen-ryo Singapore.
They just turn 5 and to celebrate this milestone, they have launched new dishes as part of their 5th anniversary menu.
Visiting Sen-Ryo during its 5th anniversary is a culinary delight you don't want to miss. What truly impressed me was the Shokunin Select Sashimi Platter, featuring five types of seasonal sashimi flown directly from Toyosu Market and other parts of Japan. The freshness of the fish was remarkable, offering a delicate taste that felt authentically Japanese. The Special Gunkan Platter was another highlight – combining uni, ikura, and wagyu in one dish created a perfect harmony of flavors that was both rich and satisfying. If you’re a fan of hot pot, the new Kaisen Soy Nabe is well worth trying. It’s a soy-based broth packed with fresh seafood, including generous portions of meaty snow crab legs that made the experience feel indulgent and warming. Pairing these dishes with the exclusive 5th anniversary cocktails like Grape Velvet and Golden Bloom added a refreshing twist to the meal, with the crafted gin base enhancing each sip. For dessert lovers, the option to whisk your own matcha with the new matcha set was a fun and interactive way to end the meal. The matcha paired beautifully with their Nama Chocolate and vanilla ice cream dessert, creating a smooth, creamy finish that was both comforting and elegant. Overall, Sen-Ryo’s new offerings during their anniversary are a fantastic reason to revisit. The combination of quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and unique celebratory twists made this a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend trying these new dishes and drinks soon, as the special menu is only available for a limited time!
