Ever heard of? Elon Musk's daredevil idea of offering to "shoot nuclear at the Martian polar ice cap." 💣❄️
It sounds like a scene in a sci-fi movie, but this is one of those astral engineering concepts that Musk believes will accelerate Mars to "warm up" until humans go up and live faster!
📌 What is the plan? The idea is to explode a continuous nuclear explosion over the poles, to melt a huge amount of ice into steam and carbon dioxide (CO ❣), rise densely in the atmosphere 🌡️. The result is hoped: a "greenhouse effect" occurs, retains heat, warms the stars, and begins to adapt to Earth.
🧐 But what do scientists say? Although the theory is interesting, many experts brake the deflection! ❌ The gas may not be enough: Recent research suggests that Mars may not have enough CO ❣ gas to warm it up so much. Even if it melts, the atmosphere is still too thin for humans. ❌ High risk: Residual radiation effects and climate uncertainty may make it worse.
