จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้ติดตามการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี AI ในฐานะโปรแกรมเมอร์รายหนึ่ง ผมเห็นว่าความสามารถของ Generative AI ในการสร้างและแก้ไขโค้ดกำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงวิธีทำงานอย่างชัดเจน โดยเฉพาะในวงการเทคโนโลยีที่ต้องการความรวดเร็วและความถูกต้อง AI สามารถช่วยประหยัดเวลาหลายชั่วโมงในการเขียนโค้ดพื้นฐานหรือแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ แต่สิ่งที่ผมรู้สึกได้คือบทบาทของโปรแกรมเมอร์ไม่ได้หายไป แต่เปลี่ยนไปเป็นการควบคุม กลั่นกรอง และวางกลยุทธ์ในการใช้ AI เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ซอฟต์แวร์ที่ซับซ้อน รวมถึงควรเน้นพัฒนาทักษะด้านการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่ AI ยังไม่สามารถทำได้ดีเท่ามนุษย์ ในมุมมองของผม การเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมคือการเรียนรู้และทดลองใช้เครื่องมือ AI เหล่านี้ก่อนใคร รวมถึงการปรับตัวให้รับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในโครงสร้างงาน เช่น การเป็นผู้จัดการโครงการ (Project Manager) หรือที่ปรึกษาด้านเทคโนโลยีที่เข้าใจ AI อย่างลึกซึ้งด้วย เพราะนั่นคือจุดที่มนุษย์ยังคงมีบทบาทสำคัญ สำหรับเพื่อนๆ ที่กลัวว่าอาชีพโปรแกรมเมอร์จะสูญพันธุ์ อย่าเพิ่งกังวลจนเกินไปครับ AI เป็นเครื่องมือที่ช่วยเสริมศักยภาพ ไม่ใช่คู่แข่ง คนที่พร้อมและปรับตัวได้เร็วเท่านั้นที่จะอยู่รอดและเติบโตในยุคที่ AI กลายเป็นผู้ช่วยเขียนโค้ดแทนมนุษย์ไปแล้วจริงๆ
