An abysmal story that was underway abroad, when a man who grew up in the Foster Care system (a host family) understood the feeling of separation very well.
When he heard that five brothers were at risk of being separated from each other because the system had limited resources and was difficult to find a home that adopted all five at once. 😢
✨ So he didn't hesitate to do the greatest thing!
He decided to adopt these five children himself to ensure that they grew up together without separation from each other as they had in the past.
The story is based on the true events of Robert Carter, an American man who grew up in the Foster Care family system from the age of 12 and faced the pain of being separated with his own siblings.
In 2020, when he grew up and became a foster father to three boys, he found that the children still had two sisters who had to be separated from each other and risked not living together. With a good understanding of the pain, he decided to officially adopt the five children (Marionna, Makayla, Robert, Giovanni and Kiontae) so that all the brothers and sisters grew up in the same family 🙏 to encourage this warm new family.
