A Japanese startup called AirKamuy (AirKamuy Model 150), which is currently adopted as an aerial maneuver target, and has development plans to support other missions in the future.

This drone is designed to ship flat-packed IKEA furniture, allowing it to be transported in large increments (about 500 ships per container), cheap at about $2,000, assembled in minutes, and carry a payload of about 1.4 kilograms (3 pounds), enough for sensors, spy cameras, or even small explosives.
