🚨 Seriously! The Consumer Council prepares to sue the social platform loudly. Solve the problem of fake ads on the feed. 📱
Have friends ever plowed the feed and found a strange investment advertisement or a page that seems to be wearing a celebrity? 🤔 This problem has affected many people hard, and it is recently being dealt with seriously!
🛡️ The Council of Consumer Organizations (TCC) has received a number of complaints about online issues, half of which come from famous social media platforms. The Council is preparing legal action for the following reasons:
🔹 Advertising Screening: Currently, there are non-standard investment ads or products that easily emanate through the system to display on the user's feed page.
🔹 Identity verification system: Lack of rigorous vendor monitoring, allowing the creation of fake profiles or pages to be traced.
🔹 Safety standards: While many European or American countries have strict law enforcement and screening systems, in our region, they have not achieved the same level of safety standards.
🔹 User Care: When problems arise, the platform still lacks a remittance system or concrete measures to help those affected.
⚖️ The key goal of this.
It's not just a matter of law, it's "putting pressure" on global platforms to improve their security structures, tighten user monitoring and be more accountable to users in Thailand to create a truly safe online space for everyone. 🌐✨

ในยุคที่แพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดียกลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของชีวิตประจำวัน การพบเจอปัญหาโฆษณาปลอมที่ชวนลงทุนผิดกฎหมายหรือสินค้าที่ไม่ได้คุณภาพนั้น กลายเป็นปัญหาที่ส่งผลโดยตรงต่อผู้บริโภคจำนวนมาก ทั้งนี้ สภาองค์กรของผู้บริโภค (TCC) ได้ตระหนักถึงปัญหาดังกล่าวและเตรียมยื่นฟ้องแพลตฟอร์มระดับโลกที่ไม่สามารถควบคุมและกำกับดูแลโฆษณาเหล่านี้ได้อย่างเหมาะสม การคัดกรองโฆษณาและการยืนยันตัวตนของผู้ขายในปัจจุบันยังไม่เข้มงวดพอ ทำให้เกิดเพจปลอมและโฆษณาหลอกลวงแพร่หลายบนฟีดของผู้ใช้งาน ซึ่งส่งผลให้หลายคนสูญเสียเงินและได้รับผลกระทบในทางลบ ประเด็นนี้จึงไม่ใช่เรื่องเล็กน้อยแต่อย่างใด โดยเฉพาะเมื่อเทียบกับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยบนแพลตฟอร์มในต่างประเทศที่มีระบบตรวจสอบเข้มงวดมากกว่าในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การที่เราเจอโฆษณาที่ดูน่าสงสัยหรือเจอสินค้าที่ไม่ตรงปกหลังจากสั่งซื้อ มักทำให้เกิดความรู้สึกไม่ไว้วางใจและความกังวลเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยของการซื้อขายออนไลน์ การที่องค์กรผู้บริโภคออกมาเรียกร้องให้แพลตฟอร์มหันมาพัฒนาและเพิ่มความเข้มงวดในระบบยืนยันตัวตนและคัดกรองโฆษณาจะช่วยสร้างความมั่นใจให้ผู้ใช้ และลดปัญหาการถูกหลอกลวงได้ในระยะยาว อีกทั้งการมีมาตรการช่วยเหลือผู้บริโภคที่ได้รับผลกระทบอย่างชัดเจน เช่น ระบบกักเก็บเงินหรือกลไกคุ้มครองสิทธิในการซื้อขาย จะช่วยให้ผู้บริโภครู้สึกปลอดภัยและกล้าที่จะใช้บริการมากขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นประเด็นที่แพลตฟอร์มควรพิจารณาอย่างจริงจัง ผมจึงขอเชิญชวนเพื่อนๆ ที่เคยพบเจอปัญหาโฆษณาหรือเพจปลอมในโลกโซเชียลมาแชร์ประสบการณ์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้และเป็นข้อมูลเตือนภัยให้กับผู้ใช้งานรายอื่นๆ ด้วยกัน เพื่อให้พื้นที่ออนไลน์ของเราสามารถพัฒนามาเป็นพื้นที่ที่ปลอดภัยและน่าเชื่อถือสำหรับทุกคนในอนาคต
