A U.S. B-52 bomber has a crash in the middle of the desert.

A tragic incident occurred when a US Air Force B-52 Stratofortress bomber suffered a crash shortly after taking off from Edwards Air Force Base in the Mojave Desert, California. ✈️

Military officials revealed that the machine suffered as soon as it soared into the sky, resulting in a fire and a cloud of black smoke floating over the area, which could be seen from a distance.

The flight was part of a test mission to support the Radar Modernization Program, with a total crew of eight soldiers, government civilians, contractor staff and Boeing employees.

The authorities have regretted that the accident was very serious and believe that all eight crew members died in the incident. The base has now suspended the flight operation to speed up the investigation into the cause. 🙏
