As a thank you, the hospital was renamed "Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center." 🏥

Although the hospital is a major refuge for nearly 100,000 patients a year, mostly low-income and without health insurance, putting the name of a global technology company CEO on a public hospital sign has become an endless drama.
Dissidents view the name as potentially inappropriate compared to the problems facing the company (Meta): user privacy policies, social media political polarization, and lawsuits. 🛑
