📉 SPCX fell more than 40% from its post-IPO peak... but the point investors are eyeing may not be just stock prices.

Whoever is following the SPCX, there is another important factor to watch: the end of the lock-up period, which will allow some existing shareholders to trade in the market.

Unlocking shares does not mean that all shares will be sold immediately, but it will increase the number of shares that can be traded, and may put pressure on the share price, if a shareholder chooses to sell in large quantities.

🗓️ Schedule of stock unlock (estimated, according to the terms disclosed in the prospectus)

• Aug. 11 - Shares subject to partial conditions begin unlocking (about 20%).

• Sep 24 - Gradually unlock more (about 14%)

• Oct 25 - Gradually unlock more (about 14%)

• Nov. 7 - The big unlock behind the announcement of Q3 earnings (about 28%).

The above figures are the proportion of shares subject to lock-up conditions in each round, not the proportion of the company's total shares, and the schedule may change according to the stated terms.

💡 What should investors keep an eye on?

• Volume (Volume) after each unlock cycle

• Disclosure of sales of major shareholders or executives

• Results and business trends, which may affect stock prices more than simply unlocking stocks.

📌 Personal view

For me, I also choose to wait and see the market direction and sales force after unlocking the stock first because I want to assess how the market responds.

However, if the business continues to grow as expected and the price is adjusted to reflect risk factors, then 2026 could be an attractive phase to reevaluate investment opportunities.
