หลังจากที่ได้ฝึกเจริญสมาธิและสวดมนต์ตามบทฉบับองค์ท้าวมหาพรหมชินนะปัญจะระ สิ่งหนึ่งที่ผมรู้สึกประทับใจมากคือการตั้งจิตอโหสิกรรมให้แก่เจ้ากรรมนายเวร รวมทั้งเทวดาและสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในภพภูมิหลากหลาย ทั้ง ๑๖ ชั้นฟ้า และ ๑๕ ชั้นดิน ซึ่งเป็นประเพณีที่ช่วยให้ใจสงบและเปิดรับพลังบวกได้ดีขึ้น ประสบการณ์ของผมพบว่าการอธิษฐานแบบนี้ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงพิธีกรรมหรือคำพูดธรรมดา แต่เป็นการปลดปล่อยใจให้หลุดพ้นจากพันธนาการของโกรธเกลียดหรือความขุ่นข้องหมองใจที่สะสมมา โดยการให้อภัยทั้งตนเองและผู้อื่นทำให้จิตใจสุขสงบและพร้อมรับกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในชีวิต นอกจากนี้การอุทิศบุญกุศลให้กับบรรพบุรุษ ผู้มีพระคุณ ตลอดจนสิ่งมีชีวิตและดวงวิญญาณในทุกภพภูมิ ช่วยเพิ่มพลังด้านบารมีและสร้างสวนบารมีให้กับตนเองด้วย ส่วนการขอพรในสิ่งที่ชอบธรรม เช่น ขอความสำเร็จ ปราศจากโรคภัยไข้เจ็บ และให้มีดวงตาเห็นธรรม เป็นการเน้นเป้าหมายชีวิตเพื่อทำความดีให้เกิดผลเป็นรูปธรรม ผมแนะนำว่าหากได้ลองสวดมนต์และนั่งสมาธิพร้อมบทอธิษฐานนี้ ควรตั้งใจและมีสมาธิจดจ่อกับคำอธิษฐานอย่างลึกซึ้ง เพื่อให้เกิดอานิสงส์และผลตามที่ตั้งใจไว้จริงๆ และยังเป็นการสร้างวินัยในจิตใจที่ดีอย่างยั่งยืนด้วย รวมถึงการผสมผสานบทคาถาชินบัญชรซึ่งมีพลังคุ้มครองและเสริมบารมี ทำให้เกิดความรู้สึกปลอดภัยและมั่นคงทางใจ ช่วยให้เราสามารถเผชิญกับอุปสรรคต่างๆ ในชีวิตได้อย่างมีสติและมั่นใจมากขึ้นจริงๆ
