Neil the Seal

Neil the Seal is a real Elephant seal that lives in the waters around Tasmania. He comes on land a few times a year and creates havoc. Blocking roads and driveways, cars and houses . He loves playing with traffic cones that the police put out to keep him safe. You may have seen his antics a lot on social media.
