Sooo you wanna get an A in nursing school? 🤔
Here’s all the tips! Everything I did! Now if opening the book is for you GREAT! I found it was truly time consuming and in school we don’t have enough time.
If you want to incorporate the book into your studies I suggest when you get something wrong to go back and look in your book to find the answer. I also did that but my school provides a digital copy which I hate! Sooo that played a huge reason as to why I did not read the book I can’t obtain information that way.

To excel in nursing school, it's crucial to adopt effective study habits and utilize resources smartly. Many successful nursing students emphasize the importance of studying actively rather than passively reading textbooks. For instance, engaging with course materials through active recall and practice questions can significantly boost retention. Students often benefit from organizing notes systematically, using printouts of lecture slides to create focused study guides. Make sure to dedicate uninterrupted study time daily to review topics thoroughly. Using tools like Quizlet to reinforce vocabulary and key concepts can be especially helpful. Moreover, it's recommended to familiarize yourself with the types of exams you'll face, such as HESI or ATI, and practice accordingly. Understanding rationales behind answers in practice quizzes can enhance comprehension and application in real scenarios. Additionally, maintaining organization with labeled binders and clear documentation of assignments can make a world of difference in managing the high workload of nursing programs. Following these strategies not only helps in achieving top grades but also prepares you for a successful nursing career.
