When DIY you wanna make sure your itinerary is laid out to the smallest detail, especially if you don’t plan to have a coordinator the day of. You have to have pple you trust that you know will come through for you to help set up and break down. Also want to map out each table scape and place all of what is needed for that table in plastic binds with a picture of what it should look like. So that this makes it easy for whoever is decorating the tables.
