If you write , make a habit of writing , short stories , long stories ,or nobody reads those stories. You are an author, if that’s what you choose to call yourself. No fancy degree or years of publication can stop you from saying “Hi my name is Deja , I’m an author, read what I have written. No I have not published my book and Yes I’ve only written 87,810 words but for prospective purposes only! Harry Potter book one was only 76,944 words. Yes I am an author and I’ve been writing my book for the past 3 years with 201 official writing days. Don’t let this post trouble you , I will be hiring a professional editor for what spell check doesn’t correct , it’s 2024 why not? You can buy literal anything. My goal for 2025 is to write the words The End and let the rest be history. I put together an aesthetic and hope to bring you along my writing journey.
