Roblox games that are actually worth playing

i’ll be real with y’all… i’m a tycoon girly through and through. i love upgrading, stacking money, and watching my tycoon go from nothing to something. so yes, there’s 3 tycoons on this list, but trust me, these games are actually fun 😭

i’ve been playing roblox for years, and these are the games i always find myself coming back to:

🎢 cart ride tycoon – you build a cart ride while mining ore, which your cart carries around your tycoon to make money. it’s also a 2-player tycoon, so it’s perfect to play with a friend! grinding for upgrades together makes it even more fun.

🌴 mega resort tycoon – i’ve been playing since the original resort tycoon, and this sequel somehow made it even better. you get to build your dream resort, expand an airport, and flex with private jets and yachts. it’s one of the best tycoons on roblox, no question.

🚽 toilet tower defense – yes, it’s about skibidi toilets. no, i am not an ipad kid 💀 but if you like tower defense games, this is actually one of the best ones on roblox. and that’s all i’m gonna say.

🦔 sonic speed simulator – if you love sonic, this game is so fun. you grind for speed, unlock different sonic skins, and race through open-world maps. it’s one of those games that’s perfect to zone out and play for hours.

🎡 theme park tycoon 2 – basically rollercoaster tycoon but multiplayer and on roblox. you can build insane coasters, design your park however you want, and turn it into the ultimate money-making farm.

🎂 cake off – everyone knows dress to impress, but this is the cake version. 🍰 instead of dressing up, you decorate a cake and then everyone votes on the best one. i also feel like the voting system in this game is way better than the one in dress to impress. it just feels more fair and fun.

if you’re looking for games that are actually worth playing and won’t get boring in five minutes, these are it.

... Read moreHey fellow Roblox adventurers! I've been seeing a lot of buzz around Sonic Speed Simulator lately, and for good reason – it's an absolute blast! While I mentioned it briefly in my top games list, I wanted to dive a bit deeper into what makes it so special, especially for those of you eager to unlock every character and skin and truly master the game. One question I often get asked, especially with the game's dynamic updates, is about specific characters like Silver. Getting your hands on iconic characters such as Silver, Shadow, or even unique variants of Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles can be one of the most exciting and rewarding parts of the game. My personal experience tells me that patience and active participation are key. Developers frequently introduce new characters through limited-time events, special challenges, or sometimes even through collecting a certain number of rings or specific Chaos during a particular period. My biggest tip for aiming for elusive characters like Silver is to stay super active during these events. Make sure you're checking daily for new updates and pop-ups in the game, as these often signal when a rare character might be available or when a specific set of collectibles is required. I remember grinding incredibly hard during a past event to get a special variant of Tails, and the satisfaction of finally unlocking him made all the effort worth it! Beyond specific characters, mastering the art of speed grinding is absolutely crucial. You'll want to focus on collecting as many rings as possible and leveling up your speed stat consistently. Don't just run aimlessly; try to find optimal routes that maximize ring collection and XP gain. Look for stretches of track with dense ring clusters or areas where you can string together boost pads for maximum efficiency. Upgrading your Chao is another massive game-changer. These adorable companions aren't just for show; they provide crucial boosts, like increased ring collection rates, higher experience gains, or even unique abilities that can drastically cut down your grinding time. I always make sure my best Chao is equipped, especially when I'm trying to hit a new speed milestone or collect enough rings for a coveted item in the shop. The open-world maps in Sonic Speed Simulator are not just gorgeous; they're packed with secrets waiting to be discovered. Take the time to explore every nook and cranny! You never know when you'll stumble upon a hidden area with bonus rings, a secret path, or a special event trigger that can give you an edge. I've also found that actively participating in themed events, like the 'Steampunk Events' I've seen pop up, can be incredibly rewarding. These often offer exclusive cosmetics, unique Chao, or even character shards that contribute to unlocking new playable characters. It’s not just about endless running; it’s about strategic exploration and making the most of every event opportunity. Another pro-tip from my own playtime: join the official game communities! Whether it's Discord servers, Reddit threads, or fan forums, these places are goldmines for up-to-date information on character releases, event schedules, and even advanced tips from seasoned players on how to efficiently gather resources. That's how I first heard whispers about a potential Silver event, and staying connected helped me prepare my strategy and resources. Ultimately, Sonic Speed Simulator is about enjoying the ride, the incredible speed, and the thrill of unlocking new content. Keep those fingers active, stay informed, and happy running through those zones! What's your favorite character to play as, or who are you hoping to see added to the roster next?
