My family loved this. It was such a hit my picky daughter ate it. And... requested to have it again. This is how I made this.
1 bag of frozen potatoes
1lb of burger
1Taco seasoning pack
Paparika
Garlic powder
Salt, pepper
1lb of cheddar cheese
1 jar of queso
Sour cream
Place potatoes in bowel put seasoning in mix cook in oven on 400 till crispy.
Cook hamburger add taco seasoning pack.
Place potatoes on top of cooked meat place cheddar cheese over top. Place in oven till melted.
Take out place queso over the top add sour cream and any other toppings you'd like.
