I went from commission Minister to an Ordained Minister.

Becoming an ordained minister has been a transformative experience for me, both spiritually and personally. The official ordination through the Universal Life Church not only validated my commitment to serving others but also opened doors to further theological education. Having received my credentials on March 27, 2026, I now possess the full authority to perform all ministry duties, which feels both humbling and empowering. This recognition has given me confidence to deepen my understanding of faith through pursuing a Doctorate in Biblical Theology. Embarking on doctoral classes is no small feat, but it excites me to explore the Bible and its teachings more profoundly. This journey is reflective of my belief that ministry is a lifelong calling that grows and evolves with ongoing learning. For anyone considering a similar path, my advice is to embrace every step wholeheartedly—be it commissioning roles or ordination. Each stage prepares you uniquely for the responsibilities and blessings that come with ministry. Don’t be afraid to seek educational opportunities to enrich your service to your community. Personal growth in ministry also requires patience, prayer, and perseverance.
