July’s Class:
#lemon8diarychallenge I’m in college pursuing a bachelors degree in business administration. My school is a 36-month program and each month I take a new class for 4 weeks. This month is my Introduction to Leadership and Organizational behavior. It’s my 7th class of my program (29 more to go, whooo!) My program is fully online and it can get tricky to hold yourself accountable when you don’t have to show up in person. I prefer this 100000% over going to campus though because I’ve been there, done that! Trust me I’m a way better self learner and I get social anxiety at the worst time so I wish I would have done this sooner but everything happens for a reason! #onlinedegree #onlineschool #onlinecollege #college #collegestudent #bachelorsdegree #businessadministration #businessmajor
As the world of education embraces digital transformation, online learning has gained immense popularity. Students can now pursue various degrees, including a bachelor's in business administration, from the comfort of their homes. Online classes offer flexibility, allowing individuals to manage their studies alongside other commitments. In this article, I share insights about my current class on Leadership and Organizational Behavior, which focuses on essential skills like team dynamics and effective communication. These subjects are crucial for success in business settings. As we adapt to new learning methodologies, it's important to foster self-discipline and maintain motivation despite the absence of in-person interactions. Additionally, tips such as creating a dedicated study space, setting a consistent schedule, and leveraging digital tools for time management can help students excel in their online courses. Participating in forums and discussions related to your field of study can also enhance your learning experience, allowing for networking and support among peers. Remember, each step in your educational journey counts, and adapting to online learning can pave the way for your future career successes.

I’m pursuing business administration as well but I’ll be doing associates degree for it.
