MY FAV JUICY GLUTE SUPERSET 🍑

heyyy y’all here is my FAV juicy glute superset that yall need to try!!

- The workout consists of 10 regular hip thrusts, 10 glute KAS bridges, and a 10 second hold!!

- Tips to remember are

• don’t rush the movements, it’s important to take it slow and steady to challenge those glutes.

• Maintain proper form so we are targeting the right muscles.

• Don’t rest too long in between sets, taking too long in between sets isn’t optimal when strength training so try not to rest for more than 2 minutes in between.

• FORM> WEIGHT. don’t ego lift! use a lighter weight to start off to ensure proper form and go from there!!

Try this out and lmk what yall think!!

... Read moreSupersets are a highly effective strategy in resistance training, allowing you to combine two exercises performed back-to-back with minimal rest. This technique not only saves time but also intensifies the workout, especially for targeted muscle groups like the glutes. In this specific glute superset, incorporating 10 regular hip thrusts followed by 10 glute KAS bridges emphasizes muscle engagement and challenges endurance. The 10-second hold enhances muscle contraction and safety, building stability and strength over time. For the best results, focus on form over weight. Proper movement mechanics ensure that the targeted muscles—like the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus—are effectively recruited, fostering muscle growth and reducing injury risk. Moreover, maintaining a steady tempo helps in muscle activation, thus enhancing hypertrophy. Don't forget to keep your rest periods short—around 1 to 2 minutes—to maintain workout intensity. This not only promotes better muscle conditioning but also maximizes calorie burn. Trying this regimen regularly can lead to increasingly stronger glutes and improved overall lower body performance. Remember, patience and consistency are key in any fitness journey. So grab your weights and let's get those glutes working!
