How to COMPLETELY transform your body!!!
1) Follow the 80/20 rule
the 80/20 rule means eating healthy 80% of the time and eating whatever you want or “unhealthy” 20% of the time! I have a post that goes more into depth with this.
2) strength train 3-4x a week
- implementing a strength training program is so beneficial when trying to transform your body and achieve a more toned look.
3) cook at home 90% of the time
- cooking home cooked healthy meals for a majority of your diet is incredibly beneficial because you get to dictate exactly what you consume! When eating out at fast food chains or having prepackaged processed meals, you’re not always in control of extra fats or unnecessary sugars put into the food.
4) hit cardio 2-3x times a week
- aim to hit cardio minimum 3-4 days a week. Focus on low impact forms of cardio like incline walking or cycling some days and higher impact like running or the stair master on others. These workouts only need to be 15-30 minutes and I have plenty of workouts on my page for inspo!
5) use effective supplements
- supplements can be a GAME changer when trying to transform your body. I personally loved creatine for increasing muscle growth, and Oxyshred and other energy drinks to help maximize my workouts at the gym. I love EHPLABS oxyshred and creatine items!
Try these tips out consistently for a month or two and watch your body slowly transform!

Hey everyone! We've all seen those incredible 'before and after' pictures and dreamt of our own body transformation journey. When I started my own path to a more toned physique, I realized it's not just about hitting the gym; it's a holistic process. Many of you are searching for practical ways to achieve your weight loss and toning goals, especially when dealing with specific concerns like 'back fat,' feeling 'skinny fat,' or wanting to focus on areas like 'abs' and 'toning legs after weight loss.' I'm here to share more about how I tackled these common challenges. First, let's talk about strength training, a game-changer for women. When I first started, like many, I was worried about 'bulking up,' but the truth is, weight lifting is essential for getting those 'weight lifting results female' searches are looking for. To address specific areas, I focused on compound exercises. For 'toning legs after weight loss,' incorporating exercises like hip thrusts (just like you see in the gym images!) and squats really helped sculpt my lower body. For 'abs,' I found consistency with core work – not just endless crunches, but planks, leg raises, and anti-rotation exercises. Building muscle helps you burn more calories at rest, giving you a leaner, more defined look, which is crucial if you're feeling 'skinny fat' and want to change your body composition. Nutrition plays an even bigger role than just the '80/20 rule.' While that's a great baseline, I found that 'cooking at home 90% of the time' truly gave me control. When I was aiming to reduce 'back fat' or just generally lose weight, I focused on meals rich in fresh green vegetables and lean proteins. It's so empowering to know exactly what's going into your food, avoiding unnecessary sugars and fats often hidden in processed meals. Meal prepping became my secret weapon, making it easier to stick to my goals even when life got busy. Cardio, while sometimes dreaded, is incredibly effective, especially for fat loss. I alternated between low-impact options like incline walking on the treadmill and higher-intensity sessions on stair climbers. These short, focused cardio bursts helped me shed fat and complement my strength training, contributing to overall body recomposition. It's all about finding what you enjoy and staying consistent. For those 'losing weight gym' searches, remember that cardio and weights go hand-in-hand for optimal results. Finally, let's talk about realistic expectations and tracking progress. Many of us are curious about '1 month leg transformation female' or '5 month body transformation female.' While quick changes are exciting, true transformation takes time. I learned to celebrate non-scale victories – how my clothes fit, my energy levels, and how strong I felt. Taking 'before and after' photos (just like the split images we've all seen!) was incredibly motivating. It helped me visualize the changes in my 'fuller physique' becoming a 'more toned body in a bikini' and truly appreciate the 'significant weight difference' I achieved. Supplements like creatine and Oxyshred, as mentioned in the article, can certainly give you an edge by maximizing workouts and supporting muscle growth, but they are just that – supplements to a solid plan. Remember, your body transformation journey is unique. Stay consistent with your strength training, prioritize whole foods, incorporate cardio, and be patient with yourself. You've got this!
