Beef Udon Noodles 🥩🍜

Ingredients

Beef Marinade

Angus stir-fry beef (or any thin sliced steak)

• Salt & black pepper

• Soy sauce (1–2 tbsp)

• Oyster sauce (about 1 tbsp)

• Paprika or chili powder

• Garlic powder

• Onion powder

• 1 tsp minced garlic

Stir-Fry

• Olive oil

• ½ sliced onion

• Green onions (save some for garnish)

• Mushrooms

• Bok choy

• 1 pack udon stir-fry noodles (ready to use)

• ~¼ cup stir-fry/brown sauce

• A few dashes Maggi

• Chili flakes (optional)

How to Make It

1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic + onion powder, and minced garlic. Let it sit 15–30 mins.

2. Cook the beef in olive oil until browned (2–3 mins). Set aside.

3. Sauté onions + most of the green onions in the same pan.

4. Add mushrooms + bok choy and cook until tender.

5. Add the beef back in and toss in the udon noodles.

6. Add your sauces, brown sauce + a little Maggi. Toss until glossy and coated.

7. Serve + garnish with chili flakes and the extra green onions.
