Week 2 of College as an old lady

Week 1 was not for the weak. I can’t help but wonder why I spent countless days & nights bored, sitting in the couch with barely any worries (very grateful for the worries part, btw) and then the very week I go back to college, everything went wrong. But I got through it. So far. And we are off to week 2! Taking advantage of today being a holiday (and the excessive wind making it so you can’t go anywhere) to get started on school. And with all that, I am not insensitive to what today is about. My favorite quote from Dr Martin Luther King Jr is “I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear.” I hope this quote could become the motto for all of us. Wouldn’t he be proud? #college #collegelife #love #martinlutherking #2025
