What I wanted to do, what I could do, what I couldn't do
There are various things, but
I'm impressed that I survived the summer without catching a cold even once lol
Maybe it's because I've grown up ~
I'm much less likely to catch a cold!
There were days when I was worried about just playing games, but I wonder if I managed to get back to normal by using a timer 😂
It was nice to have a fun summer in no time when it was over ✌

夏休みの家事育児は本当に大変ですよね。外が暑くてなかなか外出できず、子どもが退屈しないように工夫するのは一苦労です。私もおうちプールを用意したり、簡単な知育おやつを作ったり、縁日ごっこを楽しんだりして乗り切りました。特に支援センターや図書館、100均は大活躍で、徒歩圏内で楽しめるスポットとしておすすめです。 また、ゲーム時間の調整にはタイマーを使うことで子どもも納得してくれて、親としても精神的に楽になりました。風邪をひかずに元気に夏を過ごせたのは成長のおかげかもしれませんが、適度な室内遊びや外遊びのバランスがよかったのだと思います。 お祭りや花火大会が中止になってしまう日もありましたが、家族や親戚と過ごす時間を大切にすると、子どもの笑顔が増えます。暑すぎて外に出るのが億劫な時は無理せず、室内での工夫で楽しい思い出を作るのがポイントです。私の体験が少しでも他のママさんたちの参考になればうれしいです！
