✨ MEDITATION:
Humility is the heartbeat of Kingdom leadership. In God's Kingdom, greatness is not measured by how many people serve you but by how faithfully you serve others. Humility is not thinking less of yourself; it is thinking of yourself less and placing God and others before personal ambition.
Jesus, the King of kings, demonstrated perfect humility. Though He possessed all authority, He chose the path of service. He welcomed the forgotten, touched the untouchable, washed His disciples' feet, and willingly gave His life for the salvation of the world. His life reminds us that true leadership flows from a humble heart.
Humility keeps us teachable. It enables us to receive correction, celebrate the success of others, and acknowledge that every gift, opportunity, and achievement comes from God. Pride seeks recognition, but humility seeks to glorify God.
A humble leader is secure in God's calling and does not feel threatened by the gifts or success of others. Instead of competing, they encourage. Instead of seeking applause, they seek faithfulness. They understand that leadership is a sacred trust entrusted to them by the King.
Today, examine your heart. Are you leading to be noticed, or are you leading to make Christ known? The Kingdom advances through leaders whose hearts are surrendered to God and whose lives reflect the humility of Jesus.

For example, taking a moment each day to encourage a team member or assist someone behind the scenes has deepened my impact as a leader. Additionally, humility helps me stay teachable and open to growth. When I am secure in God's calling, I don’t feel threatened by others’ success. Instead, I celebrate their victories and learn from them. This perspective fosters unity and faithfulness within the community, aligning with the Kingdom mindset of leading by serving to glorify Christ, not oneself. Encouraging readers to reflect, I suggest asking yourself: Are you leading to be noticed or to make Christ known? Do your actions reflect humility or pride? How can you serve someone today quietly and joyfully? Humility positions leaders to receive God’s grace and greater responsibilities.
