Update!!!

☀️ woke up at 6 am for both days!! So far doing good!

☀️ I had work until 4 both days so decided that these 2 days were going to be my off day for working out however started to plan more of my workout schedule!

☀️Drank 3 cirkul water bottles which makes it out to be my half gallon:)

☀️ i couldn’t really spend much time outside because it was raining and i notice that it affected my mood a little bit:(

☀️ Lastly, i have been sleeping more and going to bed early to hit my 7+ hours of sleep which has had a positive effect on my day:)

Overall, this seems to be helping me a lot with my confidence, mental health, and my energy throughout the day! It keeps me motivated at well! Weekly photo update coming later today:)

While work constraints led me to take a couple of off days from intensive workouts, I have been actively mapping out my next exercises, making sure to balance both strength training and cardio. On rainy days, it's easy to feel less motivated, but finding alternative ways to stay positive can make all the difference. Engaging in light activities at home, or even simply stretching, can uplift your mood when you can’t get outside. Water intake is also crucial; I aim for at least half a gallon daily to stay hydrated and energized. One key aspect I've incorporated into my routine is ensuring that I get sufficient sleep. Prioritizing 7+ hours of rest not only enhances physical recovery but also significantly improves mental focus throughout the day. Embracing this lifestyle change has positively impacted my overall energy levels and motivation. For those looking for workout ideas, here’s a basic outline: for abs, integrate planks and various crunches; for arms and shoulders, opt for weights and resistance exercises. Don’t forget glute and legs exercises like weighted squats and hip thrusts. Remember, fitness is a journey, and sharing experiences can foster a supportive community where we can all grow and encourage one another!
