YOU’RE BAD!
In today’s booming skincare and wellness market, it’s common to encounter various professionals and sellers claiming impressive benefits, but not all are trustworthy. From my personal experience as a dermatologist, I’ve seen people fall prey to chiropractors masquerading as medical doctors (MDS) who push questionable supplement MLMs, fascia massage advocates, so-called "peptide bros," and essential oil promoters. These groups often market themselves aggressively online, promising miraculous results without scientific backing. It's crucial to approach these claims with skepticism. For example, many supplement MLMs focus more on sales rather than product efficacy, leading consumers to spend money on items that may not improve their skin or health. Fascia massage, while popular, lacks strong scientific evidence supporting its claimed benefits for skin health and should not replace professional dermatological advice. Peptides in skincare do have potential benefits, but not all peptide products are created equal. Some sellers exploit the hype, offering overpriced or ineffective formulations. Essential oils can be soothing but also cause allergic reactions or skin irritation if not used correctly. As someone who prioritizes evidence-based care, I recommend consulting qualified dermatologists before adopting new supplements or therapies. Understanding the science behind skincare ingredients and treatments empowers you to make informed choices rather than falling for flashy marketing tactics. Always research endorsements and seek products with proven results to maintain healthy skin and well-being.
