These moments have become my anchors, helping me regulate stress and nervous system responses. It’s also empowering to acknowledge that spending time scrolling social media can consume my day if I’m not careful. Setting boundaries around screen time has opened space for more meaningful self-care routines. I’ve joined challenges like the fat loss program mentioned, which keeps me motivated and accountable. Importantly, communication with my partner about shared responsibilities has made a big difference. Together, we look at the calendar and plan so each of us can have time to recharge. Moms don’t have to do it all alone — it’s okay to expect support. This approach to Sunday reset redefines it as a day of regulation and renewal rather than just parent and house duties. Taking care of myself first helps me show up better for my kids and family throughout the rest of the week. For any mom feeling overwhelmed, I highly recommend trying this mindset shift.
