My friend @Katie Santry created a space in Columbus for moms to get out and connect - I’m so flattered to have been able to be apart of today.

10 years ago I had my first personal training client.

Today I’ve helped thousands of women strengthen their bodies and minds in so many seasons of life - I love what I get to do online but there is nothing that replaces my love for in person training.

Can’t wait for what’s next… 💪
