Start with Russian Twists using 15 lb weights for 3 sets of 20 reps, ensuring to keep your core engaged throughout the motion. Follow it with Leg Raises using bodyweight, 3 sets of 15 reps. This workout not only strengthens your abs but also maximizes control and stability in each movement. Next, add Bird Dogs with a 10 lb dumbbell in your extended arm for 3 sets of 10 reps on each side, emphasizing balance over speed. To elevate your heart rate while engaging your core, incorporate Standing Marches with the option of a 30 lb dumbbell for 3 sets of 1 minute each. High knees with added weight will challenge your core engagement effectively. Finally, finish strong with ankle taps, utilizing a 15 lb weight for 3 sets of 15 reps, ensuring that your shoulders remain elevated off the ground as your hands tap the dumbbells on your ankles. Remember to cool down with Banded Fire Hydrants and Abductions using a light band for 2 sets of 20 reps each. This combination of movements not only tones your core but also enhances your overall strength and stability. Adjust weights as needed for your fitness level and remember: consistency is key to seeing results!
