... Read moreDesigning a hotel suite involves thoughtful planning to achieve an effortless flow between different areas, creating a sense of spaciousness and comfort. From my experience visiting various hotels, suites that incorporate layered spaces—such as separate living, sleeping, and work zones—offer guests more flexibility and privacy. Smooth circulation paths allow guests to move naturally without feeling cramped or disoriented. For instance, placing the entryway to transition seamlessly into a lounge area before leading to the bedroom can enhance the perception of space. Incorporating spatial design techniques, like varying ceiling heights or subtle changes in flooring materials, can visually define zones while maintaining cohesiveness. Layered lighting also plays a crucial role in this, using ambient, task, and accent lights to add depth and ambiance. Furthermore, well-designed hotel suites consider both aesthetics and functionality, ensuring furniture placement supports comfort and practical use without obstructing movement. Ultimately, a hotel suite with smooth flow and layered spaces contributes to a luxurious stay by supporting relaxation, work, and entertainment needs in a balanced environment. I recommend paying close attention to these design principles when evaluating or planning hotel interiors to elevate guest satisfaction and overall appeal.

HCM hotel recommendation 🌱

4 room BTO: Hotel Vibe MBR & Bath Design
Helloooo! I am back with the last part of my house area > MBR and bathroom! We actually hacked the wall between the MBR and common BR to make the MBR bigger so as to cater a long wardrobe in front of our bed. With this, we could also cater a king size bed without compromising wardrobe space.
