Cultivating peace 🧘🏽‍♀️

I’ve felt more grounded in my spirituality lately. I’ve preferred to be around people that are grounded and present in their human experience too.

It’s truly a mirror to how I feel. I have a strong connection to my spirituality, my higher self, and to my guides, life is very much mystical and magical, but I’m much more connected to my earth experience than I’ve felt in the past.

It’s important for me to be around people who can laugh at themselves and laugh at life especially when things get too serious, because I can definitely take things quite seriously at times. Laughter has been much needed medicine for me these days.

I also find myself retreating a bit. Enjoying silence, peace, and valuing my sleep more than I have in the past. The energy of a collective 9 year and a personal year 6 has asked me to slow it down a bit, take care of myself in new ways.

The time to forge ahead will come again. Right now, I honor the cycle of rest and balance. 💞
