How I make my smoothies every morning!
Here recently, I’ve decided to take my body back. Eating healthier, drinking wayyyy more water, exercising when I can. A couple years ago, life kicked me in the ass, and I haven’t been able to get back to where I was since.
For the past couple of weeks though, I’ve really started focusing on my health a lot more simply because I feel so… gross..? Once my eating habits are in check, I plan on getting back in the gym and lifting those weights 💪 super excited!

Smoothies are a fantastic way to start your day with nutritious ingredients that boost energy and health. When making smoothies, incorporating fresh, seasonal fruits can enhance flavor and nutritional value. Adding leafy greens like spinach or kale can increase fiber and vitamin content without affecting taste. To achieve a creamy texture, many prefer using yogurt or nut milk, which can also add protein. If you're looking for natural sweetness, consider adding dates or a spoonful of honey. Additionally, adding a scoop of protein powder can make your smoothie more filling, perfect for post-workout refueling. To keep things interesting, try mixing different fruit combinations such as mango, banana, and spinach, or even adding superfoods like chia seeds or flaxseed oil for an omega-3 boost. Last but not least, always blend your ingredients well to ensure even consistency, making it a pleasurable drinking experience. Remember, preparation is key; prepping your ingredients the night before can save you time in the morning, making healthy eating goals easier to maintain.
