Wishing

Wishing and wanting a baby and only miscarriages and negative tests. I've gotten to the point that I've almost deleted all social media cause that's all my feed is filled with, and I can't seem to have. I don't want to come off as angry or jealous, and it's a constant that pops up for me. Like I don't know what else to do. My doctors aren't listening and constantly throwing my health around like it's a joke. I fixed some issues, but sometimes I just wonder why.... I question why and hate my body for not letting me have the one thing I want. I distance myself from my friends who are so as not to seem insensitive and selfish about them and their situation. But at this point I'm just broken and over just hoping for the best. I just don't even want to try anymore. #rant #infertility #unfiltered

... Read moreInfertility affects many individuals and can lead to deep emotional struggles. Women facing these challenges often feel a mix of grief and guilt, particularly when surrounded by news of pregnancy announcements. It’s essential to create a supportive environment, whether through friends, family, or online communities. Connecting with others who understand this journey can provide comfort and validation. Professional help, such as counseling, and joining support groups, can also be beneficial. Remember, it's vital to be kind to yourself, allowing space to grieve and heal, rather than forcing a façade of happiness. Always prioritize your mental health, and seek guidance from fertility specialists who respect your concerns and needs. Understand that fertility struggles are not reflections of personal failure, and courageously reaching out for help can foster a sense of community and shared experience that eases the burden of loneliness. Advocacy for awareness about the sensitivity surrounding infertility is important—actions such as avoiding casual remarks like “just relax” or “it will happen” can create a more compassionate discourse. Engaging in meaningful conversations about infertility can break the taboo that shrouds this topic, helping those affected feel seen and understood. Seek out credible resources to educate yourself and others on infertility issues, ensuring that your experience is validated and shared knowledge builds mutual support.

A D & C? Sounds like a blockage or fibroids. IDK but I do know how frustrating it can be. Keep your head up. Maybe stop testing and fiction if for awhile…and I know it’s hard but you’re not out until menopause so you have time…
