Write a function that receives String and returns it as Boolean (True or False). The key condition is to ignore case-sensitive.

1.Convert to lowercase first: Use .lower () to ignore Case
2.Flip the word: Use the excellent Slicing technique: [:: -1] to flip the String in reverse.
3.Compare: Use = = to compare the original String (that has been converted to small) with the reversed String (that has been converted to small).
