Emotional Map to the Body 🧿
Emotions don't come from anywhere.
Literally "body language."
That rings when the nervous system feels insecure.
Afraid to make the feet light like the floor disappear
Angry, tightly squeezed the flute area.
Worried to take the head to run without stopping between the eyebrows
Know the map and get back to zero more quickly.
If afraid (Chakra 1):
Stand / sit, let the soles of your feet touch the full ground.
Breathe In 4 Relax Out 6 Qty 6 Cycles
Feeling body weight pressed to the ground
Imagine a soft red light on the pelvic area.
And gently say, "It's safe enough to ease your breath."
If angry (Chakra 3):
Put your hands under the sternum.
Relax the breath, 7-8 strokes long.
Twist the torso slowly, left-right, three times each.
Saw the yellow light fit over with soft green
To get power back to fit.
If worried (Chakra 6):
Touch between the eyebrows gently. Relax your eyes a little wider.
Breathe 4 / 6 for another 6 rounds.
Imagine a deep motionless blue sky over the eyebrow line.
And then let the repeated image flow through like a cloud.
Immediately reinforce the field:
Dimmer to warm tone. 10-minute alert off.
Look at three stills in three seconds.
You'll feel your shoulders loosened. Your heart slows down.
And ideas are arranged in lines.
