This practice aligns well with the concept behind the statement: “If you do not separate yourself from your distractions... your distractions will separate you from your goals and the life you want.” Moreover, creating a distraction-free workspace by minimizing noise and digital interruptions can boost concentration. For example, using noise-cancelling headphones or turning off non-essential alerts can create an environment conducive to deep work.
